• The individual will be responsible for managing engineering teams in projects and large studies (PFS, FS, etc.)
• Support the recruitment of staff to meet client needs and demands
• Improve existing engineering systems and procedures
• Successfully achieve deliverables for projects and studies
• Adhere to best practice engineering standards
• Foster relationships with clients for future partnerships

Requirements

• A diploma/degree in civil or mechanical engineering
• Relevant experience in multi-discipline minerals processing plants, particularly in gold, base metals, and industrial minerals
• Engineering Management experience
• Proficient in leading design teams in a multi-discipline engineering environment
• Experience managing international projects is considered an asset
• A track record in coaching and mentoring employees to improve procedures
• Experience working on large capital projects
• A business development mind set to grow the company and engage new clients
