Cowan South Africa is recruiting a Branch Coordinator for a well-known Training Company (with branches across South Africa).

• Ensure that overall service delivery in the branch meets our client’s expectations
• Establish good working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff
• Manage the ordering and supply of course material to ensure adequate stock levels for public and onsite training.
• Develop and proactively manage the training schedules in region
• Actively manage the KPIs that are provided and ensure that these are actively managed and aligned to accepted benchmarks
• Control the management of training equipment
• Liaise with the finance department on an ongoing basis to ensure that clients are receiving the correct invoices and statements
• Ensure that clients are receiving certificates
• Ensure compliance with SETA / QMS
• Approve monthly credit card reconciliations
• Submit documents to head office when required
• Review the monthly sales figures and provide financial reports
• Raise Non-conformances where needed
• Do supplier audits once a year
• Perform all creditor reconciliations and send invoices to Finance after approved
• Disseminated changes in policies and procedures done by the head office to the branch staff
• To resolve and log queries efficiently and within a professional timeframe and to ensure client satisfaction
• Liaise with the finance department on any problem debtors in the region and assist with the collection of outstanding receipts
• Create monthly financial reports for the regional manager
• Brand promotion by being courteous and professional at all times.

• A South African Citizen (not negotiable)
• Customer Oriented
• Experienced in a training, service provider environment. Successful previous experience in a similar position will be very advantageous

• A relevant qualification
• At least 5 years in a similar position as Branch Coordinator/Administrator
• MS Office competency
• Valid driver’s license (Code B)
• Strong customer orientation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong organization & planning skills
